Approved Return or Exchange Claims

Return or exchange support is available for a genuinely damaged item only when a clear, complete and uninterrupted unboxing video shows the sealed parcel being opened and clearly shows the damage. The issue must be reported to CELIORA within 24 hours of delivery.

• Keep the original packaging and applicable accessories.
• Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
• Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted.
